Who we are
OVK Kollen helps property owners and housing cooperatives across Sweden with OVK (mandatory ventilation inspection), energy declarations and maintenance plans. Our ambition is to make OVK easier to understand, book and follow up. With clarity and reliable results we help owners meet their legal obligations without the hassle.
We work nationwide, with a digital and structured process from quote and notification to approved protocol and communication with the municipality.
OVK inspection. The legally required inspection of ventilation systems, including notification of residents, measurement, protocol and follow-up.
Energy declaration. An energy class, proposed measures and registration with Boverket.
Maintenance plan. A long-term plan and cost forecast for the property.

Certifications and experience
OVK can only be carried out by certified ventilation inspectors (funktionskontrollanter). Our inspectors hold the authorisation required under Boverket's regulations. In 2025 OVK Kollen was named Customer Favourite by the Swedish quote service Offerta.
