## Who we are

OVK Kollen helps property owners and housing cooperatives across Sweden with **OVK** (mandatory ventilation inspection), energy declarations and maintenance plans. Our ambition is to make OVK easier to understand, book and follow up. With clarity and reliable results we help owners meet their legal obligations without the hassle.

We work nationwide, with a digital and structured process from quote and notification to approved protocol and communication with the municipality.
